All-Access members
I’m an All-Access member. Do I need to buy these?
No. All-Access Reading+ members already have the literacy collections. All-Access Math members already have the math collections. You’ll find them in your skill sections or in your Completed Sets collection inside your membership. Reach out and let us know if you need help finding them.

Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital files, all sales are final. We will refund you if:
- A file is broken or missing pages.
- You bought the same collection twice.
- You haven’t logged in to open the collection yet.
- You’re an All-Access member and the collection is already in your membership.
Email shop@jenniferfindleyplus.com within 30 days of your purchase.
