Jennifer Findley PLUS

Shop Terms

These terms cover anything you buy in the Jennifer Findley PLUS shop. The shop is run by Jennifer Findley LLC (“we” and “us”). When you buy, you agree to these terms.

All-Access memberships have their own Membership Terms & Conditions.

The short version
  • You’re buying digital files. Nothing is mailed.
  • Each purchase is for one teacher and that teacher’s own students.
  • You can use it every year, for as long as you teach.
  • Please don’t share it with other teachers, post it publicly, or sell it.
  • Sales are final, except for a broken file, a duplicate purchase, a collection you haven’t opened, or a collection that’s already in your membership. Ask within 30 days.
  • Need it for your team? Visit our School Orders page.

The full terms are below. If the short version and the full terms ever say different things, the full terms apply.

1. What you’re buying

  • Every collection is a digital download. After checkout, you’ll find it in your Library. Nothing ships.
  • Your collection stays in your account, and updates show up there. Please also download and save your own copy, in case the site is ever unavailable.
  • Prices and collection contents can change. You pay the price shown at checkout.

2. Your license

When you buy a collection, you get a license to use it. Jennifer Findley LLC keeps the copyright.

You may:

  • Use it with all of your own students, every year.
  • Use it with every class you teach.
  • Print and copy pages for your students and their families.
  • Post it on a password-protected class site, like Google Classroom, where only your students can see it.
  • Share a photo of it in use on social media, with credit to Jennifer Findley.

You may not:

  • Share it with other teachers, a grade-level team, a school, or a district. Each teacher needs their own license.
  • Post it on a public website, a shared staff drive, or any site where people other than your students can see it.
  • Upload it to AI tools or apps to copy, change, or rebuild it.
  • Sell it, give it away, or use it to make something you sell.
  • Change it and share it as your own work.

Buying for your team? Each teacher needs their own license. Visit our School Orders page or email shop@jenniferfindleyplus.com.

3. Refunds

Because these are digital files, all sales are final. We will refund you if:

  • A file is broken or missing pages.
  • You bought the same collection twice.
  • You haven’t logged in to open the collection yet.
  • You’re an All-Access member and the collection is already in your membership.

Email shop@jenniferfindleyplus.com within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. When a collection is refunded, your access to it ends.

4. Your account

  • Your account is for you only. Please keep your login private.
  • If these terms are broken, such as by sharing a collection outside your license, we can end your access to that collection without a refund.

5. Copyright

Everything in the shop is owned by Jennifer Findley LLC and protected by copyright. If you see these resources shared somewhere they shouldn’t be, please let us know at shop@jenniferfindleyplus.com.

6. The fine print

Educational information only. The collections give you teaching resources and information. They are not professional advice. Results depend on your students, your classroom, and many things we can’t control, so we can’t promise any particular result.

No warranties. The collections are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including warranties that the collections fit a particular purpose. Collections may have small errors, and we may update them at any time.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Jennifer Findley LLC is not liable for any damages that come from using, or not being able to use, the collections. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. If you’re unhappy with a collection, your remedy is to stop using it, or to request a refund if it qualifies above.

Indemnification. If you break these terms or someone else’s rights, you agree to cover the costs that come from it, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Arbitration. Any claim about a purchase will be settled through binding arbitration in Resaca, Georgia, on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The terms in place when you buy are the ones that apply to that purchase.

Severability. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
